A FUNdraising hiking relay that celebrates outdoor adventure, joy, teamwork, and the power of outdoor clubs working together.

  • When: October 16-18, 2026

  • Where: Camp Gustin | Sabattus, Maine

  • Fundraising: In the weeks leading up to RelayVous, clubs will raise money through Givebutter as part of a collective fundraising campaign. Each club gets a unique link to share within their own community, with families, and beyond. Our fundraising model, "A Rising Tide Lifts All Canoes," means half of everything raised collectively stays with clubs, split evenly across all qualifying students (students who raise at least $50). For example, $15,000 raised across all clubs ÷ 150 qualifying students = $100/student. The other half stays with Teens to Trails to support programming and club funding statewide. Every club benefits from the collective total, not just their own fundraising.

On top of individual and club rewards at the event, our collective fundraising total unlocks milestones for everyone at RelayVous:

  • $10,000 – T-shirts

  • $15,000 – S'mores station

  • $20,000 – Dessert food truck after dinner Saturday

  • $25,000 – Club Outdoor Trip giveaway

  • $30,000 – Unlocks additional grants/funds for clubs

  • The more we raise together, the more we unlock together!

  • Who: This event is for middle and high school clubs registered with Teens to Trails.

  • Each school may bring a maximum of 12 participants, including chaperones.

  • What: Friday evening, clubs will arrive and work together to build a team flag. Saturday will be packed with an all-day relay from 8am to 6pm (10 hours on trail), with additional activities near the waterfront to unlock prizes and learn new skills. We’ll celebrate our day of teamwork, by ending with a community cookout, provided by Teens to Trails. Sunday morning, we’ll give back to our hosts at the Androscoggin Land Trust by working together on a Camp Gustin service project, before packing up our campsites and heading home.

  • Cost: Registration is free and includes two nights of camping (optional), plus lunch and dinner on Saturday.
