Bow Ties & Bean Boots 2025: 10th Anniversary
An Evening to Support Teens to Trails

We're being proactive due to last year's weather and have scheduled a snow date of April 10, if needed.
One of the best parts of Bow Ties & Bean Boots is creative outfits. Over the years, we’ve seen some incredible homemade bow ties and decorated boots. This year we’re celebrating the 10th anniversary of Bow Ties & Bean Boots and the theme is "Wicked Sharp", so pair your favorite boots with a sharp bow tie or stylish outdoor gear, and don’t forget to bring the bling! The rule of thumb for the evening is to wear what makes you feel good. We’ll also have a bow tie tying station and custom-made bow ties for sale.
What to Wear:
Choose from a variety of colorful laces for your boots. You can even choose a color to match your tie! The Lace Bar volunteer experts will cut your new laces to size. You’ll also find some fun surprises like L.L.Bean stickers and store coupons.

It wouldn’t be a Bow Ties & Bean Boots event without the Boot Mobile! Our 2023 Youth Advisory Council loved taking their picture next to it, and our guests did too!
Auction Packages
It includes a 7-night Rental of Quest Nest from G&G Upfitters, a modular car camping insert for your daily drive! The rental will be set up in a Subaru Outback upfitted to Sleep 2! (If you want to travel with a larger party there is plenty of room to pack a tent and use the Quest Nest as your basecamp)

This year, we are aiming to raise $75,000 to support our mission to connect Maine students with life-changing outdoor experiences. Every dollar raised helps us continue our trips and programs designed for Maine teenagers to connect with their peers, discover new things about themselves and the natural world, and grow together.
